Returns:
Consider your home our dressing room . When you buy fashion items online, you have have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for our bathing suits, custom, and sale items. If you wish to return an item, please enclose the original invoice with your securely packed item(s) and state the reason for your return. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calender days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.
• Returns must be received no later than 30 days from the date you placed your order for a refund.
• Your refund may take up to 10 business days from the date we received the return from you.
• We never refund shipping and handling charges.
• We will issue a merchandise credit if you prefer than a refund. Your credit will have no expiration date.
Exchanges:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. Please call (804) 400-7036 or e-mail: customerservice@romanticapparelandmore.com for an authorization number.
All exchanges must be made within 30 days from your invoice date. A restocking fee of up to 15% will be charged on returns without proper authorization.
• Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $30 and return the items to you.
• If you ordered the wrong size for an item(s), no problem , we will gladly exchange the item(s) for the right size as long as the item(s) are in original condition and have no damage.
• If the item(s) were giving as a gift, we will gladly exchange your item(s) for something else of same value. Please enclose the gift receipt (if applicable), and the item in original condition in your shipment. Just contact us by phone or e-mail for an authorization number.
